CHARGED to Discharge ''care'' evidently ; ... It escapes me how any school could permit vulnerable little children entrusted to their care, in such a potentially dangerous area under such terribly treacherous circumstances!
ReplyDeleteWith three young grandchildren attending elementary school, it deeply concerns me that such an an inexcusable and blatant total lack of common sense error in judgement could happen!
